During the late 90s, Christine Ebersole again found herself in the spotlight. She played the role of Rosemary in the Broadway musical “Hairspray.” Although not particularly a favorite of either her peers or the audience, this role easily won her another Academy Award for Best Actress in a Musical. Both of these movies went on to become successes both critically and financially.
