Malin Kerman’s most well-known role would be in the movie The Girl Who Played With Men. She played the role of Anna Karenova, a punk girl who ended up with a sex addict played by Mike Myers. Though her name did not appear in the credits, Malin Kerman did appear as the director’s cut DVD insert. Malin Kerman’s acting career spanned not only her days in Hollywood, but also in various television shows and movies. Her screen credits include appearances on such popular television shows as Granite Park, Entourage, Married with Children, and others. Her first appearance on a major TV show was on the short-lived L.A. Law, playing a therapist to actress Meg Ryan (from Friends). After that, Kerman went to play recurring characters in both ER and Law and Order. She also appeared in The Perfect Score with John Turturro, and finally went on to star as herself in the hit film The Damned United.

Though Malin Kerman has spent her decades in Hollywood, her most notable feature would be her role as a director. She worked with many legendary directors such as Bill Murray, Wes Anderson, and George Clooney. Her first two films that we are discussing were A Connecticut Yankee and Saturday Night Fever. Both of these were directed by Richard Castellano, who is one of the more overlooked directors of all time.

Malin Kerman’s third and last film, which we are going to discuss was Meet the Parents. This movie, like the previous films mentioned, was directed by one of the true masters of the film industry, Richard Castellano. His experience spans such movies as Man on the Moon, Casino, and E.T. This latest outing was no less than a commercial disaster, and even the audience seemed disappointed with the results. In fact, the overall score of the film was low on the overall scale of great films.

Overall, it is safe to say that Malin Kerman is no longer the star of auteurs like Anderson or Clooney. Her films simply did not live up to expectations of what an actor should be able to deliver. Hopefully, future projects will better suit her abilities. Malin is owed the same hue as her former co-stars and reading through the book leaves you with mixed feelings.
