Yvonne Craig was a popular and talented author who had a long career in writing children’s books. Yvonne Craig first became known as a performer when she began dancing at age twelve in vaudeville. She appeared in several early films, including One Hundred Feet Under, That Girl, You Can’t Take It with You, and She Loves Me, Before You Get Married. She also spent some time in Broadway acting out the roles of oppositeannie Hepburn and Richard Burton. She later appeared in some more mainstream films, such as Everybody Loves Raymond, My Fair Lady, Dog Day Afternoon, and Cocoa Country.
